Air System
Single-stage Dry Air Cleaner, mounted on air intake.
Cooling System
Mounted engine driven fresh water pump, thermostat & housing.
Raw Water System
Mounted aluminium brass tube heat exchanger, expansion tank & single gear driven seawater pump.
Lubrication System (oil specs API CD 15W-40)
Lube oil pump mounted in oil sump and oil cooler .
Full-flow lube oil filter, spin-on type
Rear sump oil pan.
Oil drain: manual operated sump pump mounted on engine
Fuel System
Fleetguard Simplex fuel filter or 1x Racor Duplex Fuel/water separator.
Governing & Fuel Pump System
Fuel Injection pump with 24vdc electric shutoff valve.
Direct fuel Injection No. 2 Diesel Fuel.
Mechnical / Electronic governing system
Jacketed fuel lines with fuel leakage monitoring device installed

24vdc electrical starting system with insulated negative ground starting motor & charging alternator.

Alternator
The alternator is of brushless excitation with IP21 standard enclosure. Stator and rotor are insulated
with class H insulation. Optional features such as air filters and anti-condensation heater can be
fitted. Voltage regulation + 1.5% at any p.f. between 0.8 lagging and unity and including speed
droop of 4.5%.
Engine Instruments and protections
Water temperature gauge with shutdown for high water temperature
Oil pressure gauge with shutdown for low oil pressure
Battery charging voltmeter
Hour run meter
Optional features such as tachometer, oil temperature gauge etc can be offered
Vibration Isolator
Neoprene anti-vibration
Mounting are installed between the engine/alternator unit and skidbase to ensure that vibration
to the floor is minimized. Spring mountings can also be supplied for more critical installations
Exhaust System
Heavy duty industrial type silencer c/w flexible expansion below are supplied as standard.
Critical and super silencer can also be offered.
Warranty
2000 hours or 12 months from date of starting or 18mths from date of delivery, whichever occurs first. |
