| Circuit Breaker Panels |
BEP Marine began to re-design a circuit breaker panel that would be superior to all other circuit
breaker panels in the world, replacing existing styling for a new look and broader functionality. Improvements made to the circuit switches include a raised profile (to prevent accidental switching of breakers) and standard back-lit labels for easier identification.
In addition, BEP Marine circuit breaker panels are designed to meet ABYC (American Boat and
Yacht Council) standards for electrical safety and reliability. |

Marine grade negative or positive Bus Bars supplied as standard with all BEP AC/DC control panels.
Insulated Studs
• Tinned brass studs 6mm
• Tinned brass nuts with spring washer
• Insulated mounting base
Multi Purpose Bus Bar rated to 50 amps. Allows for Bus bars to be separated using insulation
partition as supplied or Bus bars can be combined
using link supplied.

| Contour Interior Switches |
Contour range
The new Contour Interior switch range has been designed to compliment the high standard of interior decor now prevalent on the modern boat. The ‘Contour Interior’ switch has been created to follow the same attractive lines as the world-renowned “Contour Panel” range and more recently, the ‘Contour Battery Switch’ and Contour Matrix Monitoring and Detection Systems’.
The ‘Contour Interior’ switch can be either surface or recess mounted and is available in Black, Gold and Chrome.
The switch is available in both a single or double switch configuration and can be mounted in either a vertical or horizontal position, the switches have a backlit label with “Systems On” indicator.
A full range of switch configurations is available and can becustomised to meet different switching requirements such as cabin lights, shower drain and macerator pumps. |

Magnetic Hydraulic
B Series Circuit Breakers Carling switch magnetic circuit breakers are current sensing devices employing a time proven hydraulic magnetic design. These precision mechanisms are temperature stable and are not adversely affected by temperature changes in their operating environment. As such, derating consideration due to temperature variations are not normally required and heat induced nuisance tripping is avoided.
MAGNETIC CIRCUIT BREAKERS (B & C SERIES)
provide precise reliability & cost effective solutions to most design problems. They have the advantages of thermal breakers but none of the disadvantages. The magnetic circuit breaker is considered to be temperature stable and its hydraulic-magnetic sensing mechanism reacts only to changes of current in the circuit being protected. It has no “warm-up” or “cool-down” period to slow down response.
C SERIES MAGNETIC CIRCUIT BREAKERS provide
reliable circuit protection & accurate circuit control for equipment in the international market place. BEP uses the C Series range of circuit breakers where current requirements exceed 50A & are within 100A. Available in single & double pole with triple pole available on special orders. |

Contour Matrix
The new 600 series Monitoring System, is made to meet the requirements of modern boating and recreational vehicles. Electrical installations on-board the modern boat and Recreational Vehicle now incorporate complex AC & DC systems along with extensive tankage for items such as fuel, fresh water, sewage and grey water. Accurate monitoring of such systems is essential, the dot matrix display incorporated in the 600 series allows for more detailed on-screen information and clarity of viewing, The screen has backlighting for easy night time viewing.
The Contour Matrix series is designed to be surface mounted or recessed into a panel utilising a contour panel facia.

Contour Matrix Gas Detectors
The Contour Matrix Gas Detectors use microprocessor control to ensure correct sensor sensitivity. The Detectors have the capability to control two sensors which detect both LPG and Petrol, with visual and audible alarms. There is a test switch to check operation of sensors with indicators for fault detection. |

The contour 1000 series control panels are offered as an economical option for interior use
on smaller sail boats or cruisers. The fuses are easily accessible from the front of the unit and
the range is modular allowing it to be mounted in vertical or horizontal configuration. |
