Polar Mach

• High performance - a quiet horizontal rotary compressor is the heart of the A/C refrigeration system.

• Motor and air discharge fan have been matched to provide maximum air delivery (CFM).

• Refrigeration circuit tubing has been rifled and crosshatched internally to create turbulence in the refrigerant, improving the system’s ability to dissipate heat.

• Optional solar energy panel for 12 VDC battery maintenance.

• Optional heater assembly can be added to provide 5,600 BTUs of warm, chill-chasing heat.

• The condensate water collection pan is constructed of high-density polyethylene to eliminate any possible corrosion.

• Durable molded polycarbonate fan guard has been impact-tested to 40° F. below zero for reliability.

• Electrical compressor-starting components are standard equipment.

Mach 3 P.S.
• New high-efficiency compressor lowers amp draw while still offering a high capacity for cold air production.

• A specially designed blower wheel moves more air yet requires less power to do it.

• Oversized coils have raised lance fins to create an enlarged surface area. The larger the surface area, the more capacity the coils have to transfer heat out of the air in your RV.

• 100% copper tubing is very durable and has a rifled interior wall. The rifling creates turbulence in
the flow of coolant that expedites the removal of heat from the air.

• High-efficiency fan motor is mounted directly to the bulkhead to fix the angle of the blower wheel and keep it turning freely.

• The blower wheel is surrounded by a noisereducing foam scroll. The scroll also provides effective insulation.
Mach 3 Plus
• Motor is mounted directly to the bulkhead to prevent distortion of the angle of the blower wheel

• Start kit is standard equipment on the Mach 15™ with start capacitors and PTCR device that make starting easier under high temperatures and humidity conditions.

• All-copper tubing has gas-flux brazed joints which are more corrosion-resistant than welds. The copper tubing is rifled inside to create turbulence in the coolant, enhancing the system’s ability to dissipate heat.
RoughNeck
• At 1/3 hp, the fan motor in the Roughneck™ is the largest in the industry. It features a sealed shaft to protect against dust and cooling capacity loss.

tubing has been rifled inside to create turbulence in the coolant, which also enhances the system’s
ability to dissipate heat.

• The top and bottom of the compressor are secured to the air conditioner chassis, reducing the
potential for damage when used in high-stress applications.

• Start kit with start capacitors and relays is provided as standard equipment to allow the unit to start easier under high temperature and humidity conditions.
