Racor’s famous Aquabloc
filter media repels
water into the bottom
of the drain bowl and ensures virtually 100% removal of water
and solid contaminants. Filters come in different sizes
for diesel engines and any rate of fuel flow. See-thru bowls
allow easy visual inspection for water and metal bowl are
recommended for use in area of high heat. Standard filter
size is 2 mircon. 10 & 30 micron sizes are also available
by order. Racor units are designed for use on the suction
side of pump. All filters feature a die-cast aluminum head
which is anodized and painted.

| Turbine Series Diesel Filter/Water Separators |
 These Racor filters use a three-stage system to remove
virtually all of the water and 100% of the harmful solids that
are present in almost all fuel.
1st Stage
The primary stage centrifuges
the fuel, which sends the large particulate matter and water
droplets down to the sediment bowl.
2nd Stage
The second stage
uses a coalescing ring, which causes the remaining water to
form into droplets and fall into the sediment bowl while the dry
fuel continues upward.
3rd Stage
The third stage is an Aquabloc filter, which removes the remaining
minute grit. Built-in check valve keeps fuel from draining back into your tank. |

 Hydrocarbon Filter Vessel
Racor RVFS Series filter vessels offer a versatile, economical
alternative to competitor’s vessels. Industry applications include
removing liquid and solid contaminants from diesel fuel, petrol,
kerosene, aviation gas, jet fuel and other lubricating or hydraulic
oils.
RVFS utilize proven filter design technology and can be
used as coalescers, pre-filters or separators by changing internal
components, flow direction or by selecting optional filter cartridges
when ordering. The vessels are fabricated from carbon steel with
an exterior primer coating of Galvon suede gray and the interior is
epoxy coated which meets MIL - C - 4556E.
Element choices include coalescers, separators, particulate, clay
bags, pre-filters or water absorbing cartridges. Completely dressed
factory filter vessels can be specified with diferential pressure gauges,
water sight glasses, air eliminators, and manual or automatic
drains. Wall mount units can be special ordered. Please contact us

 Gasoline Conditioner Plus+
Racor Gasoline Conditioner Plus+ can
be used with all types of internal combustion
systems and gasoline blends.
By cleaning the engine’s fuel injectors
and carburetor, it provides better combustion
and better fuel economy. |
 Diesel Biocide
Racor Diesel Biocide is a highly effective
additive for use in controlling the growth
of bacteria and fungi in No. 2 fuel oil,
intermediate fuel oil and No. 6 fuel oil in
marine environments. The formula is alcohol
free and provides corrosion protection
to engine components. |
 Coolant Treatment
Racor Coolant Treatment is a combination
corrosion inhibitor and iron oxide/scale dispersant. Its unique formulation protects
all types of metals, including aluminium,
in the cooling system. |
 Diesel Conditioner Plus+
Racor Diesel Conditioner Plus+ is
a multi-functional diesel fuel additive.
Its formula contains Cetane
#3 enhances engine performance.
Include increased power, faster starts,
smoother, quieter engine operation and
reduced exhaust emissions. |
 Lube Oil Treatment
Racor Lube Oil Treatment is a fluorocarbon
additive which contains an
advanced, highly effective polymer
lubricant. It provides a superior thin
coating to protect precision engine
parts and does not contain PTFE. |
